Refund Policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund the product must be damaged, of poor quality or not received. We kindly ask that you send photos of the item in question (If it has been received). It must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your item has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible and we will look into this matter for you.
Exceptions
If your item breaks within 30 days of purchase, please send photographic proof to the email address below with as much detail as possible and we will issue you a full refund.
Refund Process

If your request is accepted, we will ensure that you receive a full refund to your original payment method as soon as possible. Instead of returning items, you can keep them. Why? Every return has a carbon footprint therefore please keep it as a gift, donate it to charity or recycle it.
